Jonathan Hagn
Mr. Hagn is a Colorado native. He acquired his undergraduate degree in 1997 from the University of Colorado - Boulder (Mechanical Engineering) and his law degree in 2002 from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
Mr. Hagn has represented debtors, bankruptcy trustees, law firms, collection agencies, and other creditors in hundreds of civil actions and similar proceedings in county and district courts throughout Colorado and in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the State of Colorado
Randall Johannes
Mr. Johannes is a Colorado native. He acquired his undergraduate degree in 1981 from the University of Colorado – Boulder (Business) and his law degree in 1984 from Pepperdine University School of Law – Malibu, CA.
Mr. Johannes has represented governmental clients such as the City and County of Denver, State of Colorado, and Pinnacol Assurance. Mr. Johannes specializes in creditor rights and has represented various creditors in thousands of civil actions in county and district courts in Colorado. Mr. Johannes focuses upon civil litigation, collections, and post judgment remedies.
Josh Steiner
Mr. Steiner has been in practice over 20 years, focusing on civil litigation, collections, contracts and bankruptcy. Mr. Steiner has represented collection agencies and other creditors in thousands of civil actions in county and district courts throughout the State of Colorado. Mr. Steiner graduated from Illinois State University and earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.
